I stayed for 3 nights as a couple and enjoyed the wonderful location, just a short 5-minute walk to Nipponbashi station. It was easy to explore areas like Dotonbori and the Osaka Museum of History. The room was spacious enough for our luggage, and the comfortable bed was a bonus after busy days. However, I wished we had more control over the heating system in our room.

The room cleanliness left a bit to be desired, with dust on surfaces and noticeable scuff marks on the walls. The unique key system made it frustrating when one person left and the lights shut off. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was slower to respond compared to other places I've stayed, lacking central air. After a long trip, a consistently comfortable temperature would have been appreciated.
